Refund and Returns Policy

We offer two main guarantees:

  1. If you do not “gel” with your teacher, we will change them

If we are still unable to help:

  1. Should you decide to cease tuition, we will refund any unused lesson time in full

Refunds are processed on the 28th of each month and usually take 3-5 days to return to your bank or card.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
